About this tool
Markdown is a lightweight syntax: # Heading, **bold**, [link](url), and - item for lists. It is used in READMEs, docs, forums and note apps. The converter uses marked (MIT) with GitHub Flavored Markdown enabled, so tables, ~~strikethrough~~, task lists and fenced code blocks work.
The preview is cleaned with DOMPurify, which removes scripts and dangerous attributes. That makes it safe to paste Markdown from anywhere.
